- The Erlebnisberg Nagelköpfl in Walchen is 3 minutes away by car (1.5 km). There is also a ski school with ski rental.
- The Kaprun glacier ski area can be reached in approx. 8 minutes by car (6.5 km).
- The Zell am See ski area can be reached in about 10 minutes by car (7.5 km).
- The Panoramabahn to the Kitzbühel ski area can be reached in approx. 20 minutes by car (23 km).
- The well-known Tauernspa can be reached in about 7 minutes by car (5.5 km).
- Small supermarket (MPREIS MINI) can be reached in about 5 minutes on foot (350 m).

- Deposit: To be transferred with the booking amount and will be returned in full 7 days after departure in the event of no damage.
